Yahoo patched my main method of grabbing IPs. However I was able to find another way that's pretty effective and will work on all versions of messenger.

Does this new way of yours to grab an IP work on Y!Tunnel Pro or YTK Enhanced users with default settings on? Also will it work on YMSG 102 when these programs have Messenger logged in on it?

I'm not familiar with either of those enough to be able to answer that question. I don't think either disables the auto-load image in pm boxes on messenger so I would say yeah, it should work. But I'm not 100% sure.

As far as 102 goes, it doesn't matter because pm's go through on 102 like they do on 16,17, and 19 and it would still auto-load in pm's.

Cool. I forum messaged Adam from YTK about the loading of images in pm and he's well aware of it and the other ways to grab IP's from messy. He made a post on the supra forum that mentioned this way and a lot of others that still work and some that won't work anymore. He posted it many months ago and I dont see it on the supra forum anymore but I've asked him to post it on his own forum because it's useful for people that use messenger and even for exploiters lol. I'll link to it in an appropriate forum here when he reposts it on his.

It's been something that's been around for a few years now. I made one for myself back in 2009 and always kept it private until I made this for the public. In the first version of this, I was actually doing it via a file share packet in which it auto-loaded the link via iframe. They patched that particular way. There's another way to do it via a game packet and one other I won't share.
